How does the affiliate/partner program work?
As an affiliate/partner you will be provided with banners or text links, to be placed on your web site along with a unique URL. When one of your customers clicks on the link that is placed on your site they will be taken to the Randolphe.com web site. If they complete a purchase during a visit from your site you will receive a commission based upon the amount of the verified sale.
Who can join the affiliate program?
Any website can apply for the program; however RANDOLPHE.com reserves the right to refuse any site. We do NOT approve any applications from web sites that:
• Promote sexually explicit materials or nudity
• Promote violence
• Promote any type of discrimination
• Promote illegal activities
• Violate any copyrights or intellectual property rights
• Promote the use of bulk email or spam
How and when will I be paid?
Referral fees are paid monthly by check. A minimum of $100 must be in the affiliate account before checks can be mailed. If there is less than $100, commissions will roll over to the next month and accumulate there until the $100 minimum is reached. Once $100 or more accumulates in the account your company will be paid in the next monthly cycle.
Can I make more commissions per sale?
Yes. We will upgrade your commission if your website sends us significant volume and if your leads are quality leads.
How do you keep track of my sales?
When a user clicks through your affiliate link, your unique identifier will be assigned to that session. A temporary cookie is placed on their hard drive that will follow them through the transaction. Once a purchase is made the sale amount is placed as a pending sale for you. Once the order is verified the amount will show up in your account. Orders are verified to ensure that no fraudulent orders are completed. Also we can track your leads by our quote form which asks prospects of how they found us.
How can I create links to Randolphe.com?
Once you are approved to be an affiliate you will be sent an email with the specific link you need to use when linking to our site. Remember that the user must enter our site with your unique link for commission to be paid.
How much does it cost?
There is no charge to participate in our affiliate/partner program.
How can I view my statistics?
After registration you will have a unique login and password that allows you to access your account information including sales and click through. Also you can call us we will have those records on our CRM program.
How can I view the services being sold through my links?
When you log into your affiliate/partner account, you can view the marketing services sold through your affiliate/partner links by viewing the Transaction History.
What are the responsibilities?
You are responsible for:
• Creating accurate links to our site so we may track your sales
• Displaying our logo or banner in a prominent place on your site
• Ensuring that your web site does not violate any copyright, trademark, or other laws
• Ensuring that your web site contains material that is appropriate for affiliation with
Randolphe.com
We are responsible for:
• Order processing
• Providing great customer service
• Paying you commission
Will I earn commission for all services displayed on Randolphe.com?
Commission will be paid for any marketing services that are purchased through the phone. If this is a concern, please contact us at affiliate@randolphe.com or partner@randolphe.com
My web site is under construction ... can I apply now?
No. Your site must be "live" when you apply to become an affiliate/partner member.
Can I use the Randolphe.com name in my press release?
As long as you do not violate any of our guidelines you can continue to operate as an affiliate/partner member of Randolphe.com. Yes, but only if you identify your relationship clearly as a member of our affiliate/partner program. At no time can you infer any other type of relationship other than that you are participating in our affiliate/partner program. Acceptance in our affiliate/partner program is not an endorsement of your product or web site.
Does Randolphe.com offer the ability to co-brand?
Yes, we can offer co-branding to large marketing partners. If you are interested in co-branding the Randolphe.com website please send an email message to affiliate@randolphe.com or partner@randolphe.com and let us know why you are requesting the co-brand along with how many users your site receives. We will then evaluate the opportunity. |
