Management Team

 

 

Serge Randolphe, Jr.
President

Serge Randolphe, a graduate of Bentley College, is the founder of Randolphe Entertainment Group. With over 10 years of experience in the entertainment industry, he has been involved in a wide range of activities, including promoting nightclubs events, managing musicians, and showcasing talent by holding auditions to working in the video production field. Throughout his career, Serge has helped many musicians with marketing and promoting and secure production contracts. Mr. Randolphe also has over five years of sales and marketing experience in various industries ranging from telecommunications, Internet, ISO certifications, to direct marketing and fundraising and fortune 500 companies. Mr. Randolphe has been involved in numerous mid-size and start-up companies. During his tenure with these companies, he has developed innovative and exciting new approaches to market analysis, promotion, direct marketing and customer retention. He also has been involved in the introduction of new product lines and new concepts in sales. Serge has won numerous sales contests and has received several awards for increasing sales. Serge Randolphe has intensive training from Dale Carnegie, Anthony Robbins, Zig Ziglar, and Harvey Mackay, which has allowed Mr. Randolphe to remain at the top in the marketing and sales field.


Arneese Brown

Vice President of Client Relations and Communications

Arneese Brown has more than 15 years of professional business experience in
program management, development, and education. She also has a proven track
record in business strategy, career coaching and communication. Ms. Brown is
has managed numerous programs, events, and initiatives. Ms. Brown holds a
B.S. in Business Management, from Lesley University and is a certified
consultant. She is the managing partner of the YanceyBrown Group, a
consulting group. She has received numerous awards, the President's Award
and Ms. was a 2002 Black Achiever and she graduated from the Partnership,
Inc Fellows program. Ms. Brown has published several articles and she is
very active in the community and has served on several committees and
numerous boards, which includes the Big Brother and Big Sister Association
of Greater of Boston, Boston Urban Bankers. She currently serves as the Vice
President of Administration for the National Black MBA Association, Boston
Chapter.

Michael Wynn
Advisor

Michael Wynn, a graduate of Springfield Technical Community College, has over a decade of music industry experience ranging from artist management and development, recording, project coordination, unit marketing and distribution, radio, promo tours, A&R publicity, concert and night club promotions, recording industry budgets and business plans. Michael Wynn has been involved with the release of over 50 projects locally and regionally. Michael was the owner of DFO Record Group, Co-Owner of City Hit Management, Owner of The Alliance – a music consulting company based in Springfield – and Assistant Marketing Director of Rascal’s Comedy Club. His motto is “you can make it happen, or watch it happen.”
